A bunch of my colonists got infected with muscle parasites, which makes them really weak and terrible at working/fighting. Facilities simply refers to whether there's light or not, as sub-50% light level will lower your medic's sight and by extension tend quality. The actual tend quality will also be affected by factors like medicine used, facilities, room cleanliness, luck, and so on.How many tend qualities are there? Or am I misunderstanding it? Medicine used refers to medicine potency, which is (off the top of my head) 60% for herbal, 100% for regular, and 160% for glitterworld medicine. I hate it when my pawns start using my precious medicine on a handful of bruises after they got into a social fight. It's only affected by your medic's skill and medical condition, as well as the potency of the medicine used in the treatment. Rimworld should really have an option to set what medicine to use determined on how damaged your pawns get.
